Ms Blackmur’s experience includes 25 years with Enterprise Ireland, the Irish government’s SME investment and development agency, and the largest seed and venture capital entity in Europe.   As Senior Adviser and Financial Services Global Lead, Ms Blackmur created transformational sector initiatives to secure opportunities for Irish companies in the UK and internationally, working closely with Irish Fintech entrepreneurs and SMEs to establish the right strategy for the market, develop their business skills, and grow their commercial networks.  Her expertise, innovation and thought leadership to challengers, innovators, and Fintech companies contributed to the Irish Fintech sector’s UK export growth to €250M in 2015.
